1. Controller

2. Visiting this website
Our server processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser type) to deliver the website and to prevent abuse (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). IP addresses are only held briefly in memory to limit too many requests. We do not store them permanently.
- No cookies, no tracking, no ads. We do not use analytics tools, tracking pixels or ad networks.
- Fonts and images come from our own server. Your browser does not connect to Google Fonts or any other third party service.
- Live numbers, leaderboards and Roblox profile pictures are fetched from Roblox by our server. Your browser only talks to our server.
3. Forms (pitch, job application, creator program, ban appeal, contact)
When you send a form, we process your details to answer you (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for job applications and pitches, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR and, where you give it, your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). Every form asks for your Discord username, because we answer on Discord. Depending on the form, we also collect:
- Pitch: studio or team, contact person, game name and link, stage, what you are looking for, numbers you choose to share, description.
